By the end of this 1:1 coaching session, you will create a toolkit that includes three mindfulness strategies and three gratitude practices. You will be able to learn, practice, process, and apply the science of mindfulness and gratitude with Bree in a way that effectively and efficiently increase your level of independence in taking control of your wellness. You will use the toolkit to adopt a mindset of calm, optimism, grace, and harmony.
This package includes a discovery coaching call, a discovery email, a 60 minute 1:1 coaching session (in person or online), one email check-in, and one 15 minute follow up coaching call.

Bree will show you three ways to keep a journal, provide you with personalized prompts, and coach you through direct written and verbal feedback, you will:
