**In order to implement the best public health theory and model for advancing wellness in your workplace, a needs assessment will be conducted. The needs assessment will provide an in-depth approach to advance wellness in your workplace based on theory. The needs assessment is complimentary for workplaces that strategize with Bree to build a contract.
By the end of this session you will be able to express at least one way mindfulness can bring more harmony to the workplace and suggest at least four ways your workplace can increase wellness. Participants will be able to implement Quality Improvement methods and Mindfulness strategies to advance: constructive conversations, goal setting, capacity for solution driven decision making and self-care in the workplace.
By the end of the ten week series, participants will be able to Identify, Apply, and Assess Mindfulness strategies and each one of the Seven Dimensions of Wellness as they navigate their role; in order to positively impact policy, environment, systems and individual level change.
