When you're stuck at a roadblock, I open your mind to act on the possibilities. When you think the vision is static, I teach you how to map out a plan. When you feel defeated, I help you write winning goals!

Hello, Beauty – that’s what I call all my clients – it’s true! I’m Bree. I am an Advanced PhD student studying Community Health at Wayne State University. My Masters degree is in Public Health and I am a Certified Health Education SpecialistⓇ. I have had several national fellowships and scholarships. Currently, I volunteer for the Health Equity Initiative. I also love shenanigans and kitchen floor dancing. When I’m not with you I enjoy life as a mom (okay, a myth-busting single-mom – just ask me), a public health nerd (teaching college students, researching, and writing my dissertation), and spending time with friends (and F.R.I.E.N.D.S). You can find me exploring nature, coffee shops (bc dark hot chocolate), and new foods (weird, I only wanted to eat P.B.J. for the first 8 years of life)!
WAIT – did you do the Strengths FinderⓇ? If you have what are you? I am an ideator, learner, arranger, developer, and – my # 2, Positivity. Ohh, also I am an ESFP, nap enthusiast, Enneagram 2, yoga fan, and LOVER of people, laughter, and hugs! Are you?
Let’s get you even more proficient at analyzing and achieving your goals, one habit at a time.
For 15 years I have been encouraging people to adopt micro habits in order to advance their health. When I began personal training, I noticed there was something missing from the fitness industry – so in order to help my clients get sustainable results I immediately added six more dimensions of wellness to their prescription. It was a time when I witnessed women regularly and loudly proclaiming their short falls instead of proclaiming their wins. My passion for being present with people became amplified.
As I stepped into more education and parted ways with my formal personal training position – women in and out of my social network kept asking me to make them personalized plans – so I did.
For the last 5 years I have been coaching, teaching, and designing programs for people that result in mindful habits, mindful decision making, mindful communication, and mindful self-talk. I have seen women adopt a wellness mindset to increase productivity, emotional regulation, partner communication, and practical self-care strategies. It goes beyond that too – women are moving their bodies more, loving their bodies more, improving their relationship with food, gaining more confidence, reconnecting [healing] with their faith, managing their time with more purpose, and even adopting new practices like reusing & recycling.
Changing the world is a reality to me. Walking alongside people in a way that allows me to be a true, intent listener is how I think meaningful change is made. Here I am, showing up with you to do just that, to change [add value to] your world!
